Truth

Gaining the correct perspective of ourselves is crucial to living an abundant life with Jesus. Thus, our self-perception is often what the enemy attacks most viciously, aiming deadly lies right where it hurts. But if we turn to our Father, we will begin to hear His still, small voice filled with love.

For every lie...

there is truth to counteract it.

Below are lies the enemy has told me coupled with sweet truth from my Father.

"You accomplished nothing today."

"You made a difference in the life of another person just by being there."

"No one likes you."

"You are My beloved child. I love spending time with you."

"You really screwed up."

"I am bigger than any mistake. I work all things for your good."

"Your efforts are not enough."

"I am your strength. Depend on me and we can do anything together."

"You have no clue what you are doing."

"Living with Me is a fun adventure. I will guide your steps. Just walk with Me"

"You are ugly."

"You are my beautiful bride, made in My image. I adore you."

"You are wasting your time."

"I have crafted you for a unique purpose. Each experience holds a valuable lesson."

"You must try harder if you want to be a better person."

"Simply come to Me. I will teach you and mold you."

Godly truth defeats the lies of the enemy and allows us to walk in confidence as beloved sons and daughters. Let His truths resonate within you.
