Partnership

"Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these..."

Our Daddy has great plans for each of us. He handcrafted our bodies in the womb, and He intimately knows our every thought and action. He has a unique visions for each person that is greater than our wildest dreams. His plans for us are vast and wide. They are gentle and sweet. His plans for us are overwhelmingly beautiful.

We can ask our Daddy to reveal these plans to us. We can invite Him to partner with us and begin a thrilling journey. As we do, we may be plagued with questions.

"Do I truly believe God wants to partner with me?"

"Do I really believe He wants to use me to do great things?"

"Why do I not always understand His plans or hear His voice?"

"Why can it be so hard for me to imagine the great things of which He speaks?"

We each have the choice to partner with His vision. He is inviting us on a delightful journey, but He is waiting to hear our reply. He desires to do magnificent things through each one of us. He has a unique plan crafted for every person on earth. Each person can be used in a way wholly unique to him or her. Our Daddy desires to use us for His glory. He wants to honor us. He is so eager to truly walk with us. But He will not push Himself on us.

Are we ready? Will we take the leap? Are we ready for new eyes to see the opportunities all around us?

It can be so easy to push our dreams aside. We become focused on the errands and the deadlines. We live from weekend to weekend. But rejoice!! There is more for us than the daily grind. Abundant life is so much more. He can refresh us and give us new hope. Together, we can do great things!

It is time to reexamine the desires and aspirations He placed in us long ago. It is time to be open to brand new interests and opportunities. It is time to let go of our doubts and insecurities. We can stop holding on to our old anxieties and fears. Our sweet Jesus said we would do even greater things than His miracles that altered the course of humanity. Let that sink in.

Because of His words, we can be emboldened. We can stand confident in His good plans for us. We can draw near to Him and see the world around us with new eyes. There is possibility. There is adventure. There are signs and wonders. He is calling our name and encouraging us forward. So let's go!!
